Private: Six Sigma Process Design Consultant
G2 Technology has an immediate need for a Six Sigma Process Design Consultant to fill a contract position with a global, market leading company with offices in Memphis, TN. Our client seeks a certified Six Sigma, Black Belt professional with at least five years of related project experience. Other areas of experience to include: change management, process resolution, and conflict resolution. The selected candidate will be skilled in both process design, and operational processes. The ideal candidate will not only have Black Belt training, but also a clear understanding of the application of Black Belt methodologies. Experience in a contact center and/or a background in business process modeling (BPM) would be a plus.
